We provided two, bespoke, 3-hour training workshops for groups of teachers on the key skill of being a good listener. The main aim of the workshop was for each teacher to:
Understand the importance of being a good listener
Learn new skills and models
Be more confident on what to do when learners come to them with their life issues
Tea & Empathy | Training for NHS staff
Our bespoke training course was devised especially for Tea and Empathy as they wanted specific training for NHS staff on how to support themselves and others in the workplace. Topics covered in the course included:
How to open a potentially difficult conversation
How to become a great listener
Identifying when things aren't going well (in yourself and others)
Asking about suicidal ideation
After building this course for them, We then implemented it across the UK for them.
Pyne & Lyon | Training for estate agency staff
We created two bespoke training days for team members that included specific areas they needed help with. The topics in the training days covered:
Conflict and resolution, and how to manage it
Effective time management
To work with their schedules, we arranged to split the first day in half to cover both topics before returning to run the other half of the course material at a later, pre-agreed time.
