Where does Clearfocus Training run courses?

The flexibility of Clearfocus Training means we can run courses at a day, time, and venue of your choice, whether that’s in your offices or at a neutral venue. We cover the whole of the U.K. and will come to you wherever you’re based.

In what countries can Clearfocus Training run courses?

The agility of Clearfocus Training is what makes us so flexible to our customer’s needs. So we’re happy to work with you and run training courses and workshops wherever you’re based in the world, which can be face to face, or as live online training, depending on your preference.

Do Clearfocus Training run courses online?

Yes. If you have team members who are located around the UK or the world, we can take your course online and deliver it to you through Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

Can specific training be added to our courses and workshops?

We always aim to be flexible with your training needs. All our courses are bespoke and can be amended to suit the requirements of your business and staff. Just let us know any areas you want to focus on in plenty of time so we can build them into your training.

What’s the minimum number of people you can run a course for?

The minimum number of delegates we can run a course for is six, but we always recommend a maximum of 15 people on any course. We can run training courses for over 15 people if you need, but these require two facilitators to ensure we maintain our learning standards.

How long is each training course?

Our courses cover one full working day which gives us time to be as in-depth as possible on the topic and also allows for open discussion within the group as well as natural breaks. We can also modify each training course to cover a half-day if staff or company time is limited. This can also be useful for refresher courses or training where delegates already have some knowledge of the topic.

Do our staff need any previous experience in mental health training?

No previous knowledge or experience of any of our course subjects is required to take part. Each course is designed to increase awareness, performance, growth, and confidence in your team in any workplace mental health and communications.
